Please note that parcels should not be tied together. During the pick-up, the driver will put address labels on each parcel, so please note where to place the parcels to avoid confusion during the pick-up.

The transport of goods in Italy has no restrictions. For shipments abroad, it is necessary to comply with the country's bans and quantity limits. Limits and bans mainly relate to alcohol, cigarettes and tobacco, fuels, medicines and other products.

The sender is responsible for the contents. Even if the import of goods is permitted in the relevant country, it must still be reported to the shipper at customs. For deliveries abroad, Customs Control may require a Transport Protocol, in which case we contact the shipper and, upon presentation of documents, the shipment will either continue or be returned to the sender.

Without scales, you can only estimate the weight. For smaller shipments, you can help yourself by comparing, for example, a kilo of flour and estimate the weight more accurately. A properly packaged and ready-for-transport parcel should correspond to the following:

• the package must correspond to the weight specified for shipment and be well protected during transport;
• the parcel must be suitable for collection for dispatch through the automatic sorting machine;
• the package must be stackable, i.e. it must be internally secured and reinforced to support a load five times its weight;
• all covers and openings inside the package should be firmly and visibly secured so that they cannot be opened;
• the free space between the package and its contents must be filled
• the top cover of the package should not be written on or crumpled;
• we do not accept packages tied together;
• in case of re-use of cartons, please remove all old labels.
