Retreat: what to expect

It depends on the courier company that will handle the shipment. The shipment is weighed in the warehouse and if it turns out to be actually larger, the courier reserves the right to send the package back and the payment for shipping will not be refunded.

In some cases you may be charged the difference in cost for the additional weight. We recommend reading the article on shipping bulky packages.

Write or call us. To quickly trace your order and track it, kindly have your order or shipment number handy. We will trace the reason for the missed pickup and reschedule it for the first available day. Alternatively, we may cancel your scheduled appointment and refund your payment.

The express courier will contact you shortly before arriving or when he is already at your address. You can contact us to find out the driver’s approximate time of arrival at your address, and we will update you if any info is available.

The label is needed and the PDF file received must be printed out and attached to the parcel – pallet.

We currently do not have collection points or branches where we can deliver shipments in person. Our service includes picking up the package directly at the sender’s address. However, you could take your package to any pickup point of the courier you chose for your shipping.

The driver picks up / delivers the shipment directly to the address you entered in the online order form. He / she arrives in front of the entrance indicated for pickup and takes over the delivery.

Please note that shipments at post office boxes cannot be delivered! The delivery receipt must be signed by the person receiving the package.

It is not possible to book a pickup at a specific time or in a set time slot (morning, afternoon). The driver’s arrival can only be verified on the day of the package pickup. Write or call us and we will provide you with information about this. To track your order more quickly, keep your order or tracking number handy.

Normally, two delivery attempts are made. If the consignee cannot be reached at the specified address, the shipment will be placed in storage at the warehouse for few days, pending acknowledgement by the consignee.

The consignee may arrange with the carrier for a different delivery day or, if necessary, may pick up the shipment in person at the warehouse. If the recipient does not respond or cannot be reached, the package will be returned to the sender’s address at a cost. No additional costs will be charged for the return.

Despite the efforts of transportation companies, estimated delivery terms cannot be contractually guaranteed. Estimated delivery terms are based on 95% delivery successes at the destination address. Please consider that unforeseen problems may arise during transportation and delivery may therefore be delayed-for example, due to inspections, inclement weather, traffic, etc.

Cooperation during delivery between shipper and receiver within the required timeframe is also essential, when the sender needs the package to be delivered to the designated address on the specified day. The consignee is informed that the package is being delivered for that day and should wait for the driver’s call with the exact time of delivery.
