Yes, but fill out the order carefully. You will need to complete each part in its own package. When you have to pack, wrap each tire separately with plastic or sheets, on which the driver will affix the label upon receipt.

If you are shipping only tires, divide the package into 2 packages containing 2 tires each, for size reasons, and arrange them together.

Yes, most couriers allow you to send multiple packages in one shipment. The number and specifications of each package, should be entered in the first step of the order. Please note that parcels should not be tied together. During pickup, the driver will affix address labels to each parcel, so keep this mind to avoid confusion during pickup.

Transportation of goods in Italy has no restrictions. For shipments abroad, the country’s prohibitions and required quantity limits must be followed. Limits and prohibitions mainly refer to alcohol, cigarettes and tobacco, fuels, medicines and other products.

The shipper is responsible for the contents. Even if the import of goods is allowed in the relevant country, it must still be reported to the shipper at customs. For deliveries abroad, Customs Control may require a Transportation Protocol, in which case we contact the shipper and, upon presentation of documents, the shipment will either continue or be returned to the shipper.

We also recommend that you adhere to the list of prohibited items.

Without scales, you can only estimate the weight. For smaller shipments, you can try by comparing, for example, a Kg / Pound of flour and get an idea to estimate the weight more accurately. You can calculate heavier shipments by using a bathroom scale. Hold the package in your hands and subtract your body weight.

A package properly packed and ready for transport should correspond to the following:

  • the package should correspond to the weight specified for shipment and be well protected during transport;
  • the package must be suitable for pick-up for shipment through the automatic sorting machine;
  • the package must be stackable, which means it must be internally secured and reinforced to support a load 5 times its weight;
  • all lids and openings within the package, should be firmly and visibly secured so that they cannot be opened;
  • the free space between the package and its contents must be filled in
  • the top cover of the package should not be written on or crumpled;
  • we do not accept packages tied together;
  • in case of reusing cartons, please remove all old labels.

Yes, the package must be packed in a way that protects the contents from damage. A claim cannot be made if there is an inadequate packaging.
