the free export declaration for?<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>It is a document intended for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adm.gov.it\/portale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">customs authorities<\/a> of the country of departure and destination of the shipment. In this case, therefore, it will not only be Italian customs, but also foreign customs.<\/p><p>When shipping from Italy to a non-EU country a parcel has to pass through two separate customs. The first is that of the sender's country, in this case Italy. The second is that of the destination country, such as Australia or Canada.<\/p><p>This document therefore fulfils the following fundamental functions:<\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>ensures that the goods included in the shipment are not subject to export restrictions under applicable European regulations. Accordingly, the sender hereby declares that he is aware of these laws;<\/li><li>certifies that the shipment does not include any prohibited items. You can find a detailed list of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spedizionecomoda.com\/en\/declaration-of-free-export-for-shipments-outside-the-eec-from-italy-what-and-how-to-fill-it-in\/#6\" rel=\"nofollow\">prohibited articles<\/a>, whose international shipment is prohibited.<\/li><li>raises the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spedizionecomoda.com\/en\/express-courier\/\">express courier<\/a> from any liability relating to the contents of the shipment. The free export declaration form to be completed is the same whether the sender is a private individual or a company. However, you should check the information below and attach the correct data.<\/p><p>The following personal information must be present on the declaration:<\/p><ul><li><strong>sender's first and last name;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>sender's role in the company<\/strong>\u00a0(only in the case of shipment by a company);<\/li><li><strong>date and place of birth of the sender;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>sender's place of residence;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>shipment reference number,<\/strong> as stated on the consignment note;<\/li><li><strong>invoice reference number<\/strong> proforma or commercial invoice;<\/li><li><strong>VAT number or tax code <\/strong>of the sender, depending on whether it is a company or a private individual.<\/li><\/ul><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Informazioni_sul_regolamento_europeo_in_materia_di_esportazioni\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #174680; font-weight: bold;\">Information on the European Export Regulation<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>The sender declares that he is aware of the laws on the export of goods outside the EU. Specifically, by completing this declaration, the sender declares that he is not shipping:<\/p><ul><li><strong>protected species of flora and fauna<\/strong>, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/mae\/it\/politica_estera\/commercio-internazionale\/import-export\/cites-commercio-internazionale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Washington Convention<\/a><strong>;<\/strong><\/li><li>items on the list of <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/IT\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32019R0880&amp;from=EN\" target=\"_blank\" transfer of which is regulated by the European Union;;<\/li><li>goods that could be used to facilitate capital punishment, torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment;<\/li><li>articles containing <strong>dog or cat fur<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>hazardous chemicals<\/strong> whose import or export is prohibited by European regulations;<\/li><li>goods whose export refund rate exceeds 10,000\u20ac;<\/li><li>articles and equipment containing <strong>fluorinated gases<\/strong> <strong>greenhouse effect<\/strong>;<\/li><li>goods that promote the <strong>illegal fishing<\/strong> unreported and regulated.<\/li><li>articles containing <strong>substances that deplete the atmospheric ozone layer<\/strong>;<\/li><li>goods intended for <strong>supporting military activities in C\u00f4te d'Ivoire<\/strong>;<\/li><li>assets relevant to the current <strong>restrictions<\/strong> of the European Union <strong>towards Zimbabwe<\/strong>,
