In this case, therefore, it will not only be Italian customs, but also foreign customs.<\/p><p>When shipping from Italy to a non-EU country a parcel has to pass through two separate customs. The first is that of the sender's country, in this case Italy. The second is that of the destination country, such as Australia or Canada.<\/p><p>This document therefore fulfils the following fundamental functions:<\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>ensures that the goods included in the shipment are not subject to export restrictions under applicable European regulations. Accordingly, the sender hereby declares that he is aware of these laws;<\/li><li>certifies that the shipment does not include any prohibited items. The free export declaration form to be completed is the same whether the sender is a private individual or a company. However, you should check the information below and attach the correct data.<\/p><p>The following personal information must be present on the declaration:<\/p><ul><li><strong>sender's first and last name;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>sender's role in the company<\/strong>\u00a0(only in the case of shipment by a company);<\/li><li><strong>date and place of birth of the sender;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>sender's place of residence;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>shipment reference number,<\/strong> as stated on the consignment note;<\/li><li><strong>invoice reference number<\/strong> proforma or commercial invoice;<\/li><li><strong>VAT number or tax code <\/strong>of the sender, depending on whether it is a company or a private individual.<\/li><\/ul><h3><span style=\"color: #174680; font-weight: bold;\">Information on the European Export Regulation<\/span><\/h3><p>The sender declares that he is aware of the laws on the export of goods outside the EU. Specifically, by completing this declaration, the sender declares that he is not shipping:<\/p><ul><li><strong>protected species of flora and fauna<\/strong>, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/mae\/it\/politica_estera\/commercio-internazionale\/import-export\/cites-commercio-internazionale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Washington Convention<\/a><strong>;<\/strong><\/li><li>items on the list of <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/IT\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32019R0880&amp;from=EN\" target=\"_blank\" transfer of which is regulated by the European Union;;<\/li><li>goods that could be used to facilitate capital punishment, torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment;<\/li><li>articles containing <strong>dog or cat fur<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>hazardous chemicals<\/strong> whose import or export is prohibited by European regulations;<\/li><li>goods whose export refund rate exceeds 10,000\u20ac;<\/li><li>articles and equipment containing <strong>fluorinated gases<\/strong> <strong>greenhouse effect<\/strong>;<\/li><li>goods that promote the <strong>illegal fishing<\/strong> unreported and regulated.<\/li><li>articles containing <strong>substances that deplete the atmospheric ozone layer<\/strong>;<\/li><li>goods intended for <strong>supporting military activities in C\u00f4te d'Ivoire<\/strong>;<\/li><li>assets relevant to the current <strong>restrictions<\/strong> of the European Union <strong>towards Zimbabwe<\/strong>, of the\u2019<strong>Iran, <\/strong>of <strong>Libya, <\/strong>of <strong>Republic of Guinea, <\/strong>of <strong>Myanmar<\/strong>, and the <strong>North Korea<\/strong>;<\/li><li>articles relevant to the current <strong>restrictions on Russia's actions in Ukraine<\/strong>;<\/li><li>goods included in the current restrictions on <strong>situation in Crimea<\/strong>;<\/li><li>articles included in the current <strong>restrictive measures against certain Belarusian officials<\/strong>;<\/li><li>goods relevant to the current restrictions on the situation in fill in the declaration?<\/span><\/h2><p>Filling out the free export declaration is simple. In fact, you only need to include the information in the previous paragraph on the form to be able to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spedizionecomoda.com\/en\/\">dispatch parcels<\/a> correctly. However, watch out for 3 tricks that will enable you to prepare this document quickly and without errors.<\/p><ol><li>The declaration must be <b>typed<\/b> (handwritten declarations will not be accepted) <b>e<\/b> report <b>date and signature<\/b> of the sender .\u00a0<\/li><li>If it is <strong>a company<\/strong> making an extra-EU shipment from Italy, it must stamp and sign the declaration of free export, preferably on <strong>letterhead<\/strong>;<\/li><li>The document must be ready at the time of the order, i.e. it must be uploaded electronically, i.e. a scan or photo of it on our site.<br \/>Alternatively, it can be printed and produced in triplicate, one to be attached to the parcel and two to be handed over to the courier. This, however, has an additional cost. Couriers prefer scans uploaded to the PC for better order handling.<\/li><\/ol><p>Make sure you follow the directions and fill out the declaration in full. Otherwise, the shipment will have problems clearing customs and may be seriously delayed.<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #174680; font-weight: bold;\">Which documents should be attached to the declaration of free export?<\/span><\/h2><p>To ship a parcel from Italy beyond the borders of the European Economic Community it is also necessary to prepare an invoice for the goods, whether pro-forma or real, and a declaration that the goods will not be re-exported or forwarded to any sanctioned country.
